Our facility is based over 6,500 sq. ft. and consists of tank storage for rough beer, a bottling and packaging hall, and storage facilities for dry goods and finished products. Our facility is SALSA accredited and ideal if you are seeking to supply multiple retailers.
Our standard bottling process is a five-step process which takes 7 days from beer intake to bottles ready to dispatch. Each part of the process is carefully managed by our trained technician to ensure minimal losses and maximum product quality incorporating the requirements of our customers.
We are capable of packaging volumes from 2,000 litres (minimum) up to 15,000 litres (maximum) and can receive beer in tankers or 1,000 litre Arlington containers.
To facilitate ease of management our team also arranges all transport to and from our site using a local supplier.
Our facility can offer a flexible bottling service, incorporating different bottle sizes (500ml or 330ml), label sizes (full wrap or front, back and neck) and levels of filtration helping you to produce the best possible bottled product.
