Our facilities have been designed to offer complete flexibility of packaging for the brewer. Using our combined experience of over 50 years in the brewing industry we can offer practical advice on how to maximise the quality of the beer in bottle, keg or can. We pride ourselves on providing a flexible, end to end solution to remove the obstacles of contract bottling so that our customers can focus on what they do best – brewing great beer.

Our range of packaging services includes three types of 500ml bottle shape, 3 types of 330ml bottle shape, 330ml can, keykeg and ekeg filling. We also offer split runs across different formats. If in doubt ask our production manager Michal, who can offer practical advice on how best to achieve your goals.

Storage

Successful packaging starts with optimal storage and conditioning. All beer packaged on our site is chill conditioned -1° C to preserve shelf life and stabilise the beer. Once stabilised, we offer a variety of filtration methods from sterile filtration to unfiltered including bottle conditioning with a choice of yeast.

Our careful checks throughout the storage and chill conditioning phase ensure that the beer packaged has good shelf life with consistent carbonation and haze levels specific to the beer being packaged.

End of Line Packaging

End of line packaging can be selected and includes cases of 12 or 24, 330ml, cases of 12 500ml and shrink wrap and tray, before palletisation and shipping.

Labelling

The flexibility of our packaging also extends to labelling, where we are capable of offering full wrap, front back and neck or full wrap and neck combinations for bottles. From 2017 we will also be able to offer labelling for cans.

The quality of the label can have a huge impact on the end product and we can recommend a number of high quality, cost effective labellers who can assist in producing unique labels for the craft brewer.
